Tula will be insulated in the summer
The Penoplex company will open a thermal insulation production plant in the Tula region Penoplex SPb LLC has begun construction of a new plant for the production of energy-efficient thermal insulation in the city of Novomoskovsk (Tula region) with a production volume of up to 650 thousand cubic meters per year. The total cost of the project will be more than 700 million rubles. The first stage of the plant will open in July 2013.

RusHydro's subsidiary has reduced geothermal energy production
Energy JSC Geotherm (a subsidiary of JSC RusHydro, Kamchatka Territory) generated 390.58 million kWh of electricity in 2012, which is 4.5% below the target, the company’s press service reported. It was previously reported that Geotherm OJSC in 2011 reduced its electricity production by 1.2% compared to 2010 - to 409.49 million kWh. Thus, in 2012, production decreased by 4.6%.

Capital donors will not lose financial incentives
Moscow authorities have decided that monetary rewards for donating blood in the capital will not be completely abolished. According to the donation law, which came into force on January 20, paid donations should be limited. The payments were a good incentive for donors, experts are sure, and this system should not have been changed. Payments were returned to Moscow donors, although not forever. The capital's mayor's office issued a resolution on social support for blood donation.
