The inconspicuous chairman left his post
The head of the construction committee lasted less than a year Chairman of the Smolny Construction Committee (CC) Andrei Arteev resigned after working in this post for only 9.5 months. The reasons for such a sudden dismissal are said to be the unprecedentedly low execution of the committee’s budget, the lack of mutual understanding with the “construction” vice-governor Marat Oganesyan and persistent attempts to spend government money on laser scanning of the city center.
