Russia will ask Cambodia to extradite Sergei Polonsky

What is the Chelyabinsk region?
GEOGRAPHY The Chelyabinsk region is located in the center of the Eurasian continent, in the southern part of the Ural Range. It was formed by a resolution of the Presidium of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee on January 17, 1934 from the southern part of the abolished Ural region.
