General Belotserkovsky was placed under house arrest and dismissed from the post of head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs
According to official representative of the Investigative Committee of Russia Vladimir Markin, the court, at the request of the investigation, placed the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Sakhalin Region, Vladislav Belotserkovsky, who was detained on March 11, under house arrest. The policeman, we recall, is suspected of exceeding official powers (Part 1 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

The turnover of Novosibirsk catering is approaching 17 billion rubles.
The turnover of public catering enterprises in the Novosibirsk region in 2013 reached 16.7 billion rubles. This was announced by the Deputy Minister of Industry, Trade and Entrepreneurship Development of the region Larisa Yarkova. The 2012 figure was exceeded by 6.3%. For comparison, in 2010 the turnover was only 10.5 billion rubles. As of January 1, 2014, in the Novosibirsk region there are 1,972 public catering establishments with 87.9 thousand seats.

Nizhny Novgorod region reduced energy consumption by 6%
Electricity consumption in the power system of the Nizhny Novgorod region in February 2014 decreased by 6% compared to February 2013 - to 1861.9 million kWh. According to operational data from the regional dispatch office of the energy system of the Nizhny Novgorod region (a branch of JSC System Operator UES), Nizhny Novgorod power plants reduced their output by 8.6% to 770.1 kWh.
