Private bussiness Lopota Vitaly Aleksandrovich was born on September 28, 1950 in Grozny. Graduated from the Leningrad Polytechnic Institute (1978) and its graduate school. Over 6 months of 2014, passenger traffic at Bolshoye Savino increased by almost 20%

The helicopter that crashed in Ugra hit a power line during takeoff
