The Nizhny Novgorod Regional Court has rejected the appeal of relatives of the entrepreneur Mikhail IORILEVICH, who asked to return the money withdrawn during the search in his apartment. Nizhny Novgorod entrepreneur Mikhail Ioilievich was accused of cooperation with the “open Russia” of Mikhail Khodorkovsky unwanted in the Russian Federation (Article 284.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
