Swedish woman beats sleeping man with mackerel
In Nyköping, Sweden, a man contacted the police after a woman slapped him in the face with a mackerel, writes The Local. The Moscow Arbitration Court registered an application for declaring the Russian Union of Auto Insurers (RUA) bankrupt. As RAPSI reports, citing a court representative, the Center for Insurance Payments LLC (CIS) demanded that RSA be bankrupt. In the file of arbitration cases, several claims of the CSV against the RSA are registered. The families of those killed in the explosion in a Volgograd passenger bus will receive one million rubles in compensation. reports this RIA Novosti with reference to the Governor of the Volgograd region Sergei Bozhenov. Those seriously injured by the explosion will receive 400 thousand rubles, all other victims - 100 thousand. An energy efficient house will be built in Moscow
OJSC Rusnano and the capital's Civil Engineering Department are implementing a joint project - a 14-story energy-efficient residential building with underground parking. This is stated in a statement from the Moscow Construction Department. The house will be built in Moscow on Nizhegorodskaya Street. Next to the residential building there will also be a kindergarten for 300 places and a school for 550 places. According to RIA Novosti , construction will be completed in 2015.

UFO research agency reopens in Peru
The Peruvian Air Force has re-established the Department for the Investigation of Anomalous Celestial Events (DIFAA), which will study UFOs. Officials will tighten control over Skolkovo expenses

The US military will be able to request air support from smartphones
The US Air Force Research Laboratory and Draper Laboratory at Cambridge have begun jointly developing a special smartphone application that will allow fighters on the ground to request air support and air strikes against enemy targets.
