Lack of money, arson and threats: how a charity shelter is trying to survive in Moscow
In Moscow, due to the construction of the road bridge, Alma’s charity shelter is forced to close through the railway. He works at this place, near the railway station “Fraser”, for more than 20 years. All this time, its owners save, treat, vaccinate, sterilize and contain dogs and cats on their own expense and donations. One of the Alma volunteers Grigory Loginov told us about the threats to kill animals, arson and other problems of the shelter.
