In Vladimir, the court fined the former activist of the Open Russia movement Kirill Ishutin under the article on participation in an “unwanted organization” (Article 20.33 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This was reported on the portal Ishutin "argument". At the meeting, the prosecution tried to prove that Ishutin allegedly performed actions on behalf of the British organization Open Russia Civic Movement, but the episodes by which the activist was judged was never voiced.

In the case of an attack on police officers in Ingushetia, a rally participant was detained against the border agreement with Chechnya Zubair Khamkhoev, lawyer Magomed Bekov told MBH Media. “Information was received that he was also transported to Nalchik,” said Bekov.
