The FSIN explained the conclusion of the Butyrki arrested in non -residential premises
The placement of the Butyrka, arrested in the non-residential premises of the Moscow pre-trial detention center, is associated with a lack of cameras due to repairs, Interfax reports with reference to the representative of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Sergei Tsygankov. “This measure was temporary and is due to the fact that in the building, built in 1771, repair work is constantly being carried out, requiring the phased release of existing cameras for repairs in them,” Tsygankov said.
