The astronaut Alexei Leonov died
In Moscow, in the 86th year of his life, Cosmonaut Alexei Leonov died, he was the first person who went into outer space, TASS reports citing the Cosmonauts training center. According to the Mash Telegram channel, Leonov died after a long illness in the Moscow Clinical Hospital No. 68. It will be buried on October 15 at the Memorial cemetery in Mytishchi. Leonov was the eleventh Soviet cosmonaut. He went into outer space on March 18, 1965 and spent 12 minutes there.
