In the Kaluga region, first -graders in the village of Babynino were given ration for 10 days, which includes one pack of rice, buckwheat and pasta, as well as a liter package of juice. This was told by MBH Media one of the local residents on the terms of anonymity. The sets were issued at the rate of 25 rubles per day per first -grader, so all such rations were allocated from the budget for 250 rubles.
