The complaint about the unavailability of substitution therapy in the Russian Federation was communicated by the European Court of Human Rights in July 2014. Since then, in Tolyatti, inspections and claims by government authorities against the NGO Project April, where one of the applicants Ivan Anoshkin works, have not stopped, the organization’s press release says.
