The Basmanny court re-arrested Eskerkhanov, accused of murdering Nemtsov.
The Basmanny Court of Moscow on Monday arrested Tamerlan Eskerkhanov, accused of murdering Boris Nemtsov, for the second time. Last week his arrest was overturned by the Moscow City Court. According to Eskerkhanov’s lawyers, cited by RAPSI, the investigation initially considered him to be the perpetrator of Nemtsov’s murder, but eventually accused him of spying on the politician. Earlier, the court re -arrested another person involved in the case, Khamzat Bakhaev.
