Ten people, detained the day before in western Moscow on suspicion of preparing a terrorist attack, attended meetings of one of the cells of the Hizb ut-Tahrir al-Islami movement banned in Russia, Kommersant reports , citing operational data. According to the newspaper, they came up with the idea of causing an explosion in Moscow at one of their meetings. According to the FSB, the explosion was supposed to be carried out in a crowded place, for example, in the subway.
