Arkhangelsk lawyer Andrei Krekov, sentenced to two years and eight months in prison for biting a policeman, filed a complaint with the European Court of Human Rights, which was prepared by lawyer and legal analyst of the Agora International Human Rights Group Irina Khrunova, RBC reports . In particular, Krekov complains about torture, lack of effective investigation of complaints and unfair trials (Articles 3 and 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights).
