The head of the Tatar Community Center, Rafis Kashapov, convicted for posts on a social network, was transferred to a single cell-type room (EPKT) in correctional colony No. 31 in the city of Mikun, Komi Republic, user Vera Kuritsyna reports on Twitter. As Kuritsyna explained to Mediazona, the transfer to EPKT became known from the activist’s wife Nurzia. Before this, Kashapov was in IK-19, located in Ukhta.
