In Cheboksary, a court sentenced a 28-year-old local resident, who killed his two-year-old daughter for scattering toys, to 15 years in a maximum security colony, reports the investigative department for Chuvashia. According to investigators, on November 15, 2015, in Cheboksary, a man, while intoxicated at home, “arranged a quarrel with his two-year-old daughter, during which he beat her, and then strangled her, squeezing her neck with his hands.” The child died on the spot.
