Residents of the town of Klin near Moscow blocked the Leningradskoye Highway, protesting against the shutdown of hot water in their homes, Klin Television reports. According to Life , traffic on the M-10 federal highway in the city area was blocked, and car owners were offered a detour. In total, 150 people came to the rally. As wrote the local publication “Sickle and Hammer” , water was turned off to residents on June 13. It was supposed to be turned on on June 27, but this did not happen.
