On September 9, Andrei Bardin, CEO of Rosneft-Sakhalinmorneftegaz, was detained in Moscow, reports Sakh.com . The information about the detention is confirmed by the Sakhalin TV channel ASTV. According to the agency, Bardin is suspected of commercial bribery on an especially large scale (part 8 of Article 204 of the Criminal Code).
