The Gubashev brothers, convicted of the murder of Nemtsov, were transported to colonies in northern Russia.
The brothers Anzor and Shadid Gubashev, convicted of murdering opposition leader Boris Nemtsov, were transferred to a colony, their lawyers told RBC. Shadid Gubashev's representative, Roza Magomedova, said that her client is in the city of Labytnangi, in IK-8 of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, known as the “Polar Bear”. Anzor Gubashev's lawyer Musa Khadisov, in turn, said that, according to relatives, the convict was transferred to Karelian IK-9.
