In the capital of Tuva, Kyzyl, police detained orphans who came to spend the night at the premises of a family affairs agency, protesting that they were not provided with housing. Along with the activists, the head of the local election headquarters of Ksenia Sobchak, Oyumaa Donaga, was detained, reports with reference to Saisuu Baykara, an activist of the orphan movement.
