The arrested ex-secretary of the St. Petersburg court Eyvazov demanded to pay money for overtime work
Former court secretary Alexander Eyvazov, accused of obstruction of justice (Part 3 of Article 294 of the Criminal Code) and slander of a judge (Article 298 of the Criminal Code), demanded through the court to reimburse him for overtime. Eyvazov’s lawyer from Team 29, Ivan Pavlov, told Mediazona about this. Eyvazov demands payment of money for constant work overtime, unpaid vacations, as well as compensation for moral damage. In total, he asks to pay him 56,966 rubles.
