A policeman near the Slovak Embassy in Moscow was attacked by an 18-year-old native of Chechnya, Interfax reports , citing a source familiar with the situation, as well as RBC , citing a source in the Moscow Ministry of Internal Affairs. According to publications, the young man was born in 2000 in the Chechen village of Vedeno. There is no official confirmation of this information. The suspect has not yet been detained.

In the Dmitrovsky district of the Moscow region, 12 people were detained near a landfill in the village of Nepeyno for preventing garbage trucks from entering the landfill.
