The court will consider the complaint of the mother of anti-fascist Shakursky about the refusal to open a case of pressure on her by an FSB investigator
On September 11, the Penza Garrison Military Court will consider the complaint of Elena Bogatova, the mother of Ilya Shakursky, accused in the “Penza case.” She went to court because of the refusal to open a case regarding the pressure put on her by an FSB investigator. A representative of the Public Verdict Foundation, Oleg Novikov, told Mediazona about this. Bogatova demands that a case be opened because the investigator, under pressure, forced her to persuade her son to confess.
