The coordinator of Alexei Navalny’s headquarters in Kaliningrad, Igor Petrov, and his deputy, Mark Klyamar, were beaten in the village of Kruglovo, activist Maria Petukhova, who received a call from Petrov, told OVD-Info. Petrov told her that he and Klyamar were attacked by people guarding the landfill. According to the Petrovs, they were locked in a change house, having previously been forbidden to film what was happening. Otherwise, the guards promised to break the phones.
