A former employee of the British visa center TLScontact, Vadim Mitrofanov, whose name has been changed, told Bellingcat and Insider that an FSB officer named Andrey forced him to cooperate. He said that the intelligence service wanted to send “a couple of people” to the UK. A few months after this, Alexander Petrov and Ruslan Boshirov, suspects in the Skripal poisoning, came to the UK for the first time. However, Bellingcat and Insider do not claim that Andrei was talking about them.
