The Minister of Construction and Architecture of Crimea, Mikhail Khramov, claims that he was beaten by road patrol officers from the Rostov region, TASS reports , citing a statement from the ministry’s press service. On February 24, Khramov’s car, which also included the head of the Crimean Capital Construction Service, Karlen Petrosyan, was stopped at the Aksai traffic police post on the M-4 highway.
