Deputy Prime Minister Maxim Akimov promised that Russian airlines will receive compensation due to the ban on flights to Georgia, reports . TASS “We will definitely provide compensation measures, but we will approach it very carefully; of course, we should be talking, first of all, about direct losses. The mechanism is being worked out,” Akimov said. He added that on June 26 he will hold a meeting with representatives of airlines and relevant departments.
