In Crimea, the court arrested for 7 days the coordinator of Navalny’s Belgorod headquarters, Maxim Klimov, under the article of disobedience to the police (19.3 Code of Administrative Offenses) after filming with a quadcopter, the headquarters reports . Klimov and cameraman Alexander Danilov were detained in Yevpatoria the day before, on November 14. According to the oppositionists, they were filming the coastline from a drone when the police arrived and took them to the department.
