In Moscow, near the Frunzenskaya metro station, police detained activists who were planning to hang a banner “Putin buried the Constitution,” Grani.ru reported. Nikolai Players, Yuri Timofeev, Daria Polyudova, Kirill Kotov and Sergei Guriev were detained, reports OVD-Info . They are taken in a paddy wagon to the police department in the Khamovniki district. According to the detainees, the lights in the paddy wagon were turned off .
