A district police officer from Tula used someone else’s bank card, found when leaving on a theft complaint, to pay for an online movie theater, the regional prosecutor’s office reports . According to investigators, in April 2019, a police officer came to the office on a complaint of theft. He found a bank card on the table and wrote down the details. Then the district police officer came home and, using the details, paid for watching films in an online cinema for 599 rubles, the report says.
