Deputy Chief of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Igor Zubov said that during the vote on amendments to the Constitution, the police “were not always at their best.” His words are reported by TASS. “There were all kinds of provocations, inappropriate behavior, and our employees were not always at their best, that is, there were isolated conflict situations, but all of them are being checked in the prescribed manner and a procedural decision will be made,” he said.
