Detentions of pickets in support of detained activist Mila Zemtsova began in Moscow and St. Petersburg

In St. Petersburg, participants in single pickets demanding the release of Mila Zemtsova, a member of the Civil Society movement, from the police have begun to be detained. The pickets are broadcast live by SotaVision . In particular, members of the Libertarian Party Ivan Ostapchuk and Alexei Nikolaev were detained in St. Petersburg. According to Avtozak Live , three people were detained in Moscow.

In Gatchina, an activist knocked a policeman’s cap off, falling during arrest; a criminal case was opened against him

In the Leningrad region, a case was opened against a protest participant in support of the Crimean Tatars, Vladimir Shipitsyn, for using violence against a police officer (Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code). Lawyer Anton Yupanov, who collaborates with OVD-Info, told Mediazon about this. The day before, in Gatchina, activists of the Strategy-18 movement took part in a rally against the criminal prosecution of the Crimean Tatars.
