A resident of the Irkutsk region burned alive the daughter of his partner with a disability; he was given 17 years in prison
The Irkutsk Regional Court sentenced a resident of the city of Zima, who burned the daughter of his partner alive, to 17 years in a maximum security colony, according to the court’s website. The press service, citing the case materials, writes that the defendant lived with a woman and her two children, one of whom received a disability since childhood. “In his free time from work, the man often abused alcohol, which resulted in quarrels and scandals between him and his partner,” the report says.
