The State Duma adopted amendments to the law on rallies in the second reading. The document was published on the website of the lower house of parliament. The changes affected the federal law “On meetings, rallies, demonstrations, processions and pickets.” As stated in the bill, now courts, when considering specific cases, will be able to recognize “the participation of several persons in such acts of picketing in turn” as rallies.
