The Presnensky District Court arrested the head of the Krasnoselsky District of Moscow, Elena Kotenochkina, in absentia in the case of “fake news” about the Russian army (points “a”, “b”, “e” of Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code). this TASS reported in court. Kotenochkina left Russia. Municipal deputy Alexei Gorinov, who is involved in the same case, was sent to a pre-trial detention center on April 27. Opposition leader Ilya Yashin was interrogated as a witness.
