Ministry of Justice: there will be private bathrooms in pre-trial detention centers and colonies, and pregnant women and people with disabilities will be allowed to shower every day
The Ministry of Justice approved new rules for the management of pre-trial detention centers and correctional colonies, “aimed at improving conditions of detention, ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of suspects, accused and convicted persons.” The document was published on the department's website. According to the order, women with small children, pregnant women, as well as people with disabilities of groups I and II will have the opportunity to take a shower every day.
