The one-time tax levy to the budget, which the Russian authorities are going to collect from large businesses, will not affect oil and gas and coal companies, Deputy Minister of Finance Alexey Sazonov said, his words are reported by Interfax. The so-called Windfall tax, a tax on unexpected profits, “covers everything except oil and gas, coal, SMEs and companies with net pre-tax profit for 2021-2022 of less than 1 billion rubles.
