A court in Moscow left free 67-year-old pediatrician Nadezhda Buyanova, who is accused in the case of military “fakes”
The Tushinsky District Court of Moscow did not grant the investigation’s request to detain Nadezhda Buyanova, a pediatrician at a Moscow clinic, in the case of military “fakes,” reports OVD-Info. Instead of arrest, Buyanova was given a ban on certain actions. The investigation asked to send the doctor to a pre-trial detention center. Prior to this, she was charged with publicly distributing “fakes” about the army without aggravating circumstances (Part 1 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code).
