In Moscow, ex-SBU officer Prozorov, accused of blowing up the car, was arrested; he was detained in Bishkek and taken to Russia without a court decision
The Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow arrested Vladimir Golovchenko, accused of mining the car of ex-SBU officer Vasily Prozorov. This was reported by the press service of the capital's courts. The FSB reported on the detention of 40-year-old Golovchenko, without naming him by name, two days ago, on April 16. The intelligence service released footage of the man’s arrest, in which he was thrown face down onto an unpaved road in the forest next to a puddle.
