Russian troops attacked a residential area of Kharkov - seven airstrikes were carried out on it, said the head of the regional administration Oleg Sinegubov. According to him, a 12-story residential building was hit. As a result of the shelling, 21 people were injured, Suspilne writes , citing the regional prosecutor’s office. Among them are three children, 11 women and seven men. Six people were hospitalized, says Sinegubov. At least 12 garages near the house were damaged.
