Putin obliges bloggers and owners of Telegram channels with an audience of more than 10 thousand subscribers to register with Roskomnadzor
Vladimir Putin signed a law requiring bloggers and owners of Telegram channels with at least 10,000 subscribers to transfer their data to Roskomnadzor. The document was published on the legal acts portal. The document states that bloggers with the specified audience who have not reported themselves to Roskomnadzor are prohibited from posting advertisements and collecting donations, and other channels cannot repost their publications.
