Grass and several private houses caught fire in the city of Proletarsk in the Rostov region, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reports . To the east of the city is an oil depot where a fire started on the night of August 18 due to an attack by Ukrainian drones. Novosibirsk activist detained in case of intention to join RDC; suffered epileptic seizure during search
FSB officers detained Novosibirsk activist Yuri Izmailov after a search. This was reported by OVD-Info, citing his acquaintance.
