In St. Petersburg, on Dumskaya Street, previously known for its bars and cafes, a “museum of the Northern Military District” will be opened, writes Kommersant. Alexey Kovalev, owner of the TD Neva company and head of the New History Foundation, spoke about plans to open an institution. As noted, the foundation rented the building where the bar used to be located, and it is currently undergoing renovations.
