In Kharkov, as a result of Russian shelling, an aerial bomb hit a nine-story panel building in the Kievsky district. According to the mayor of the city, Igor Terekhov, six floors collapsed - from the eighth to the third. To date, according to the regional administration, three deaths and 22 injuries are known. The rubble is being cleared there.
