In Moscow, Yevgeny Kikeev, a participant in the 2019 rally, was placed in a pre-trial detention center. The publication “Caution, News” drew attention to this. Baza previously claimed that security forces were conducting an investigation because of the speech of 35-year-old Kikeev at a rally on August 31, 2019. “Why the hell are you standing there and being silent?
