The jury brought the Petersburger an indictment in the case of damage to Russian flags and a wire banner
In the St. Petersburg City Court, the jury brought out the indictment in the case of a 46-year-old Petersburger Nikolai Trofimov, accused of spoiling Russian flags, the banners of Victory and the Banner, a mediazone correspondent reports. Initially, Trofimov was charged with two episodes under the article on the desecration of symbols of military glory (part 3 of Article 354.1 of the Criminal Code) and two episodes of abuse of the flag (Article 329 of the Criminal Code).
