The administration of IK-4 in the Tver region sent 67-year-old sociologist and editor-in-chief of the Rabkor magazine Boris Kagarlitsky to a punishment cell for three days. This was reported by Rabkor with reference to his relatives. Judging by the publication, the sociologist should have been hospitalized, but was placed in a punishment cell. Colleagues and relatives of Kagarlitsky demand that he be immediately sent for treatment.
