Before the New Year, the administration of Novosibirsk IK-9 sent programmer Nina Slobodchikova, convicted on charges of high treason, to a punishment cell for 14 days. This was reported by a political prisoner support group. Slobodchikova was in a punishment cell from December 29 to January 12. The programmer said that she was first placed in a cold cell for a day, and then transferred to a warmer one, where she spent the entire New Year holidays with another prisoner.
